We're so heartbroken and such a feeling of disbelief Our hearts and prayers go out to Rosine and family. Praying daily for Chuck. He was one of the finest people that we have ever met. Everyone was important to him and he'd do anything to help someone in need. He had a heart of gold. It was great to spend time with them or be around them. We are there for you, Rosine.
