Condolence From: Mari W
Condolence: To the family:

"And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing." - 1 Corinthians 15:26
Please hold on to this hope promised to us by our Creator, especially during this difficult time. He never fails and He cares deeply for you. With this promise he has also given the hope of a resurrection to life everlasting on earth through his son, Jesus Christ (John 5:28,29). I hope that these thoughts bring you a measure of comfort along with the love surrounding you and the wonderful memories you shared.

Condolence From: Roy Vandermolen
Condolence: Kelly, Sandy, and Roberta,

I was shocked and saddened to hear about Moe. It's hard to imagine him gone, and so suddenly and at such an early age too.

I have many fond memories of all the fun we had as kids, and of course Moe was always in the middle of everything we did. We had a great little neighborhood gang, didn't we? Those baseball and football games were crazy, and the insane antics driving around in those old cars is something I'll never forget. Those are the kinds of things that you can only do when growing up in the country, and I'm forever grateful that we had that amazing environment to grow up in. But looking back I'm also amazed that we didn't kill ourselves.

Moe liked to act tough but we all knew he was a good guy with a golden heart. I can't remember him ever doing anything that was mean or unfair. I do remember us laughing at his temper tantrums, although they were usually directed at inanimate objects like cars and tractors.

In later years I always made a point of stopping by to see him any time I was back in the area, which wasn't often enough. It was always nice to sit back with him and reminisce about the good old days and of course to talk about old cars. I'll miss him even though our visits were few and far between. But at least we have memories.

Please let me know if there's anything I can do. I would have attended his services if I was in the US, but I'm stuck in India for the rest of this week and can't get back to the US in time. It would have been nice to pay my respects in person and also to see you. Please let me know how you're doing, OK?

Condolence: Kelly, Sandy and Roberta,
What a great loss. Moe was a gentle giant who was one of the most talented individuals I've ever met. I have such great memories of hanging out, playing baseball, riding in the fields and woods in the car with the top cut off.
Moe had a kind heart that he didn't always like to show off - he was truly a great man who will be missed.
