Obituary for
Kathleen Anne Feeney
Kathleen Ann Feeney, age 58 passed away unexpectedly on July 15, 2033, at her home in Leonardtown Maryland.
She was born January 8, 1965, the daughter of the late Gerald and Mary (O’Shea) Feeney. She was raised in Little Falls, NY, graduating in the “Class of 1983.
After completing her Nursing degree at the College of Southern Maryland in 1994, she started her career in Nursing. Her passion for Nursing and desire to care for others led to her to St Mary’s hospital where she worked for many years. She dedicated her life to helping others in need.
Her passion for nursing also led her to pursue her Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University
Kathy had an extremely vibrant personality that endeared her to everyone she met. She was quick-witted, found humor in just about everything, and was always up for an adventure. She especially loved the Bahamas and other beach destinations.
She was a truly dedicated mother. She loved spending time with her boys Jamie and Sean. They had many adventures together and shared a special bond. She adored her grandson, Alex; she loved showing his pictures and sharing his antics. They filled her heart with so much joy and love.
She enjoyed traveling and was up for an impromptu to get away. She loved animals, especially her dachshund fur babies Mia and Camilla. With whom she spent a great deal of time with.
She loved being on conference calls with her sisters, talking about everything and sister stuff for hours. The following quote sums it up: “Sometimes Talking to Your Sister is All the Therapy You Need. Sometimes After Talking to Your Sister You Need Therapy.
Kathy is survived by her beloved family, her son James (Jamie) and his wife Beth, her cherished grandson, Alex and her son Sean, her sisters Elizabeth Tolman, of Utica, NY and Susan Moller and her husband, Tony, of Alexandria, Virginia.
Niece’s and nephew’s: Kelly Tolman, Shannon Tolman, Allie Moller, Philip Moller, Katie Herringshaw, Courtney Hazzard and Jay Herringshaw. She was predeceased by her parents, and sister Pat Feeney.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
